Design:
Vibrating tumbler screening machines from the MTS-V series in Ø 450/800/1200/1500mm diameter are designed for continuous operation. They are modular and can be installed as single, double or triple-deckers.
The high-frequency tumbling motion is produced by a vibrating motor in the centre of the lower assembly. It is lubricated for life during production and is therefore maintenance-free.
The screen element swings freely and is connected to the base by steel springs. The MTS-V 450 is fitted with quick-release clamps enabling even faster screen changes without the need for tools.
Our standard model comes in stainless steel, with a brushed finish inside and out.
You can choose between the following screen cleaning systems:
Bouncing ball or ring cleaning, ultrasound cleaning
